Veterinary CPR Workshop Rescuer Certification – 3 CE Credits
Become a RECOVER Certified Rescuer in Basic and Advanced Life Support. Learn evidence-based CPR, because their lives are on the line. Pre-requisite required: Online Basic and Advanced Life Support online course (recoverinitiative.org)
Rehabilitation CSI – “Case Series Investigation” 3-hour case lab – 3 CE Credits
Join this special rehabilitation unit as we work together to investigate the evidence in a series of unsolved orthopaedic and neurological cases. Top unsolved cases include: ‘Tip Toe Cruciate” “Hoppy FHO” “Wobbly Disc”, and the “Creaky Cat”. We are looking for individuals with a special interest in nutrition, anatomy, rehabilitation, pain management, and client care to join this elite team in improving patient care.
Hands Free Radiology – 3 CE Credits
This initiative was created to promote radiation safety awareness in the veterinary workplace with the goal of reducing occupational radiation exposure of veterinary personnel through a combination of ‘hands-free’ techniques workshop, innovative restraint devices and industry educational resources.
