The job search process can feel overwhelming, but having a strong resume and being well-prepared for interviews can make all the difference. This webinar will provide both new and experienced RVTs with the tools and knowledge needed to craft an effective resume, confidently approach interviews, and position themselves as strong candidates in a competitive job market. It will also cover when and when not to use AI tools and whether cover letters are still required.
By the end of this session, participants will:
• Understand how to structure and tailor their resumes, based on the job requirements, to highlight key skills and experiences.
• Learn best practices for writing impactful bullet points and showcasing achievements.
• Gain insight into common interview questions and how to prepare effective responses.
• Develop strategies for handling difficult or unexpected interview scenarios with confidence.
• Learn how to follow up after an interview to reinforce their interest and application.
